I think all kids do this or something equally gross.
When I was on bed rest with my second child, I had to chase my oldest down (13 mo old then) because he'd dipped into a dirty diaper like it was poi at a luau. Twice!
Now for advice: Duct tape. Not to tape the kid to the ceiling, however tempting that might be, but to reinforce the tape on the diaper. If that's not sufficient, cut the feet off a blanket sleeper and put it on backwards. You know how hard it is to zip a dress up the back.
You accept your suffering with such humor! This is God's very special gift to you -- delight in it! As for the P issues: join the crowd. We've all been there and done that. Such is life.
